City socialite Begum Hafsa has ventured into public relations business by starting up a PR firm called ‘Whispers PR’. The firm offers services to help brands, corporations, issues and personalities reach new heights.

“We do branding and positioning, media relations, social media marketing, publicity events, messages development, nightlife entertainment, new product launch, award-winning programs,” Hafsa said CEO Whispers PR Firm. She is currently organising an ice cream festival at the Bay Munyonyo on the 27th of September this year.
