So Sure sanitary pads has been certified by Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS). So Sure is the first reusable sanitary pad in Uganda to be UNBS certified with the brand new standard for reusable sanitary pads passed in December 2017!
Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga, Speaker of Parliament; Patricia Ejalu of Uganda National Bureau of Standards and Angella Nansubuga of the Ministry of Education and Sports joined So Sure yesterday to announce the passing of the new standard.
The new UNBS standard is one of only two standards in all of Africa for reusable sanitary pads and is representative of Uganda’s leadership in ensuring that girls and women everywhere live with No More Limits.
