SK Mbuga to splash $10k on Carol Atuhirwe’s cancer surgery

Construction tycoon Sulaiman Kabangala Mbuga popularly known as SK Mbuga is set to splash over $10,000 in the Save Carol campaign. SK Mbuga has pledged to cover return tickets for Carol Atuhirwe and her 3 caretakers to head to Ohio, United States of America for her throat and lung cancer operation.

He also pledged to cater for their expenses while she is on treatment. The tycoon made the pledge on Saturday during Save Carol Car Wash Fundraiser at Panamera Bar where he came with 8 of his posh cars to be washed and also gave cash contribution of UGX 500,000.

“Do something bigger to a person in need than bringing sugar, clothes and groceries, let us make a big difference and help with something reasonable,” SK Mbuga said. The total of tickets and expenses might reach $10,000 or more than that. Carol is set to fly to US for the operation where she needs UGX 270m.
