Former Kibanda North County Kiryandongo District MP aspirant Hon Likambo Bahti Taylor has said he agree with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on fish farming.
Speaking to this website, Likambo agrees with the president on urging farmers especially those near wetlands to practice commercial fish farming yesterday during International Labour Day celebrations in Buikwe District.
Likambo said this will improve the production and create more opportunities for the young and other members of the communities in the country.
He said fish farming is easy because it doesn’t require chunks of land and a lot of labour. Likambo said she people of Kiryandongo have welcomed the idea and are ready to practice it.
He hailed the NRM Government for introducing programs like Emyooga PDM and Wealth Creation which have strongly created meaningful economic impact in many families.
