Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has hailed Hon. Balaam Barugahara and his counterpart Hon Justine Nameere Nsubuuga for the unique approach in fight against corruption, nothing beats a physical check!!
“On behalf of Nkuyege Think Tank and all the patriots of Uganda plus stake holders in development, I take this opportunity to commend and encourage Hon. Minister Balaam for this bold step of conducting physical checks and spot visits in districts across the country,” Hajjat Hanifah Karadi said.

She added, “For too long, we have read reports, but reports do not build roads or stock drugs in health centers. What you are doing is bringing accountability back to the ground.
#Kisanja No More Sleep was not a mare Statement by H.E the President.
We NOW know that poor service delivery , shoddy roads, missing drugs, and slow development in many districts are not caused by lack of money.
They are caused by corruption and embezzlement ( Ghost workers & ghost pupils ) , employment of unqualified personnel by district service commission due to bribery & nepotism. I want to tell my fellow Ugandans that these acts are caused by lack of patriotism its “ekyange” Not ekyaffe spirit.
When a contractor uses poor materials, he is saying _“This is not my country.”_
When a public officer diverts PDM money, he is saying _“I don’t care about my neighbor.”_
When a leader signs for work not done, he is killing the future of our children.

Your physical presence in districts sends 3 powerful messages:
1.To the corrupt: We are watching. Uganda is not for sale.
2. *To the patriotic officers:* Your work is seen and appreciated. Keep serving.
3. *To the citizens:* Government led by NRM under the leadership of revolutionary leader H.E YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI cares it only needs rightful cadres in areas of development implementation.
# Uganda 🇺🇬 must shine.
This is the kind of leadership that will turn *1 shilling into 10 shillings* for Uganda.
This is how we will get drugs in hospitals, books in schools, and quality roads in villages.
As NKUYENGE THINK TANK we encourage all Ugandans to be the eyes in their villages, report, pay taxes and demand quality services.
Hon. Minister Balam, Webale nnyo okukolera egwanga lyo.
Continue naming and shaming, Continue rewarding integrity.
For God and My Country.
YOURS CADRE HAJJAT HANIFAH KARADI NKUYENGE THINK TANK NATIONAL Coordinator.
