In a show of solidarity and golden heart, Kawempe North MP hopeful Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has reached out to the victims of Wednesday floods in Kawempe.
As a concerned leader who recently contested in the Kawempe North MP By Election also dubbed as Maama Kawempe North, she hit the ground to see how the people were affected as a way of giving them hope through a motherly talk.
Through her charity arm, Hanifah Karadi Foundation (HKF), she donated reusable sanitary pads to the women who were affected by floods in Kawempe North.
She also donated food items to the affected families thereby putting a smile on their faces.
Hajjat Hanifah Karadi demonstrated the true meaning of Mothering a Community through such a gesture.
The people were excited by Maama Kawempe North’s reach out and asked Allah to bless and reward her abundantly.
Karadi’s reach out especially after the floods is a true definition of a leader who people deserve.
She confirmed to this website that she will be running to represent the people of Kawempe North in Parliament in 2026.
