Photos: Whispers Lounge opens in Bugolobi

A new posh hangout has opened its doors to the public in Bugolobi, we can confirm.

Whispers Lounge which has a bar and restaurant is located next to dfcu Bank on Spring Road.

They serve all kinds of food; breakfast, lunch buffet, dinner and fast foods.

Whispers will be officially launched on Friday 28th February although it’s already operating on a daily basis.

The executive hangout is owned by Elvis Sekyanzi of Silk Events.
