In line with its institutional tradition of recognizing and appreciating customers, Housing Finance Bank closed the 2021 Customer Service Week in style when the Managing Director Michael Mugabi joined the top management team to give customers a red carpet welcome and assist them through their banking activities.
Customers were also invited to partake in a brief cake cutting ceremony and interact with the bank’s officials.
