Usuk County in Katakwi district MP Hon. Peter Ogwang has said his visit to Hon. Frank Tumwebaze’s Farm in Bishozi, Kamwenge district was not a waste of time. The MP tweeted that his visit has yielded products already and showed off some progress.
Hon. Ogwang bought a number of indigenous Annkore Long-horned cattle and posted pictures of the cows doing well in farm in Katakwi. He said farming is wealth.
In reply, Frank Tumwebaze said he is happy to learn the heifers reaches safely and are doing well.
“In July, i visited comrade Frank Tumwebaze’s farm at his home in Bishozi for some breeds and lessons. The visit was not to a waste. This is how far we have gone now. Farming is wealth,” Peter Ogwang tweeted.
“Very happy to learn Ejakait that the heifers reached safe after enduring that long journey. I pray that God rewards you and your wife for those efforts,” Frank Tumwebaze tweeted.
