The Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hon. Jacob Oulanyah has advised women to organise themselves into groups.
He said if they organize themselves into groups and according to their interests, they can easily access resources and support towards their developmental projects.
The Deputy Speaker made the remarks today while presiding over the Omoro Women’s Day celebrations in Omoro County, Omoro District.
He said there are no words to explain how grateful he is to work with the nations strongest pillars.
“I have seen how resilient Women are; and experienced their determination to succeed against all odds. I was happy to hear testimonies of inspiring women; who are working hard to change their surroundings and communities and I hope that together we will continue working to bring more women to the same level,” Hon. Oulanyah said.
