

Nxt Radio Launches Show Focused on Real Estate
Nxt Radio, Uganda’s first audio-visual radio station, has launched a new show aimed at providing updates and in-depth analysis of the Ugandan real estate industry. The show, dubbed “Property Hour,” was launched on Monday, 14th September, and is set to run every Monday from 8 PM to 9 PM, hosted by Viola “The Ugandan Realtor” Kirabo.
Its pilot episode had a number of real estate thought leaders analyzing the real estate industry in Uganda, while sharing on the opportunities and threats that face the industry.
State Minister for Housing in the Cabinet of Uganda, Dr. Chris Bryomonsi, also made time to grace the pilot episode as Guest of Honor, where he shared updates on Government’s plans for the real estate industry.
“The Property Hour” is set to run in seasons, with Season One running until the end of 2020.
Speaking on the Morning Zoo with Marcus and Karitas prior to airing their pilot episode, show host, Viola, expressed her excitement, promising her listeners and viewers in-depth information about the real estate industry.
Among others, the show will provide news, expert analysis, property reviews, and tips for the real estate industry.

“The Property Hour” becomes the fourth show launched by Nxt Radio over the past 6 months, where they also launched “Reggaelize It” – a show dedicated to reggae music and culture, “Ziki Za” – a show aimed at celebrating Ugandan Music icons, and “The G-Spot” – a show where resident DJ, DeeJay GeeMan showcases his craft to the world weekdays at 2pm.
