National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has drilled 2 boreholes with a combined capacity of 60,000 litres per hour to boost supply in the area.
“Mityana area, our engineers are working on various interventions to serve you despite of the prolonged dry season.
We have drilled 2 boreholes in Gombe-Kyalo with a combined capacity of 60,000 litres per hour to boost water supply. A standby generator pumping 30,000 litres per hour using has also been installed to stabilize water production at the new water source. All is being done to restore normal water supply in Mityana area,” NWSC said.
