The Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), Gulu Area, wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that the current water supply interruption in Gulu City is due to a technical fault on the transformer at Karuma Water Treatment Plant.
This has affected water production and supply schedules to the Gulu City Service Area and it’s surroundings.
We are running generators at Karuma, and with augmented supply from Oyitino to provide some relief during this downtime.
A team of specialist Engineers is on ground working to address this challenge in the shortest time possible.
Customers are therefore advised to use the available water sparingly during this period.
