International Water Association vice president and National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing director, Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha today answered media questions at the NWSC stall in Brisbane.
He briefed the media on the NWSC success factors including: setting a clear vision and direction, focus on investment rather than consumption expenditure, innovation, service orientation/service leadership, performance monitoring and incentives, staff welfare, smart systems, community connectedness amongst others.
The National Water and Sewerage Corporation MD is currently at International Water Association (IWA) 2016 Conference taking in Brisbane, Australia.
