National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) continues to reach out to customers at every level and yesterday they joined their customers for Sunday prayers at Karama-Kinono Church.
NWSC team later set up a customer help desk to record feedback and answer customer concerns.
“Customer connect sessions help us to record feedback and do better. Customer Connect is key,” NWSC posted.
In a related development NWSC MD Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha and NWSC Bushenyi area manager Eng Kateeba Francis sensitized their customers on 92.2 BFM radio over the weekend on the usage of water. The duo also noted down feedback from their customers for better service delivery in the region.
