NWSC boosts supply in Kawempe with new bulk DN300 transmission lines

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has continued to boost its supply in different areas across the country.

The water body team is currently laying bulk DN300 transmission lines past Tick Hotel Kawempe to boost water supply in areas of Kawempe, Matugga, Kawanda and the surrounding areas. NSC is working on a number of interventions to improve supply reliability in all our areas of operation.

In related news, NWSC earlier in the week sensitized its customers at KCB Bank on 6th street. The customers were sensitised on issues such as new connection procedures, Tariffs, payment modes, Customer care communication channels such as the Call center, and Social media platforms among others.

They also sensitised their customers at Global Coaches bus terminal Kampala.

“The feedback was amazing. Feedback from our customers both positive and negative helps us to improve and do better. We later joined them for a ride to Mbarara sharing our infrastructure service delivery Plans to improve access to safe water in various corners of Uganda. The #Waterman and team are coming to a town near you. Don’t miss out,” NWSC posted.
