Nexus Lounge up for sale

One of Kampala’s most happening bars, Nexus Lounge is up for sale, we have learnt. Sources say the owner Ivan Kakooza has put hangout based in Najjera up for sale. He was a few days ago spotted moving around town and consulting rich bar owners trying to lobby them into buying it.

Sources say he hasn’t succeed but he is moving around looking for the buyer. The seasons as to why the bar, one of the most happening in the area and only rivaled by the Max Lounge was put on sale are still sketchy.

Our experts say it could be the right time for time sale as it is nearing the life of most bars in Kampala. And with the mushrooming bars in the area, this could the right time for the owner to give way.
