Engineer Akankwasa Raymond Kamugisha has revealed his plans for Sheema Municipality once he is elected as the area Member of Parliament.
Talking to this website, Raymond said he intends to concentrate on Education and Health as well as lobbying for more funding if he is elected as the MP for Sheema Municipality.
He added that he intends to minimise corruption and creating awareness to the population about what comes from the centre.
He also said improving house hold income is his main interest and that he wants to do it through improved agricultural practices and mechanization as well as getting market for the produce after value addition.
Raymond is currently working as a Private Secretary to His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni at State House Uganda.
