Moses Kipsiro to grace Save River Rwizi Marathon as the chief runner
Long distance runner Moses Kipsiro will be the chief runner at Save River Rwizi Marathon slated for July 30th 2023 at Mbarara Golf Course.
The organisers of the marathon, Abahumuza Development Group confirmed Kipsiro’s news to this website on Tuesday evening.
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha will be the guest of honour.
The marathon running kits are already on sale at only 20k per kit.
The marathon whose aim is to create awareness against dumping rubbish in River Rwizi is organized by Abahumuza Development Group and sponsored by Ministry of Water and Environment, NBS Television, Lato Milk, Rwenzori Water, UNHCR, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to mention but a few.
