Kabale: Kigezi HomeBoyz FC has officially appointed Ms Racheal Tania Naijuka as the Club’s new Commercial and Sponsorships Director, marking another significant step in strengthening the Club’s commercial operations as it prepares for life in the Uganda Premier League.
Ms Racheal joins the Gorillas with a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, strategic partnerships, and leadership. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Red Shield Limited, she has built a reputation for developing innovative and sustainable solutions while championing economic empowerment and inclusive development across Africa.

Her appointment reflects Kigezi HomeBoyz FC’s ambition to establish a strong commercial foundation that will support the Club’s long-term growth on and off the pitch. In her new role, Racheal will spearhead the Club’s commercial strategy, oversee sponsorship acquisition and management, strengthen relationships with corporate partners, and create new revenue opportunities that enhance the Club’s competitiveness and sustainability.
A nationally and internationally recognised leader, Racheal popularly known as Tania has been named among Exceptional Ugandans to Watch Under 40 and is a recipient of the Hi Innovator Women in Business Award. She has represented Uganda at continental forums, including the African Union’s Women and Youth Financial and Economic Inclusion (WYFE 2030) initiative, and currently serves as the Country Coordinator for the IGAD Secretariat Leadership Academy Alumni. She was also selected by the World Bank Group as a delegate to the Jobs for Youth in Africa Community of Practice (CoP) 2026.

Her proven ability to build strategic partnerships, mobilise resources, and deliver impactful initiatives makes her a valuable addition to Kigezi HomeBoyz FC as the Club seeks to attract leading brands and expand its commercial footprint.
