The America based Ugandan humanitarian and President of Convenient Homecare Services has supported the president’s idea advising people to a one hour workout.
“A one hour workout is 4% of your day. No excuses. The body achieves what the mind believes. What seems impossible today will one day become your warm-up,let’s exercise with the President,” Juliet Zawedde said.
