City journalist and humanitarian Katia Mugenzi is surely changing Ugandan society. She has called on Ugandans to adapt the reading culture to be able to learn more. Katia through her social media pages, she is calling on Ugandans to donate a book each through Uganda Reading Community to open a Library at Masindi Hotel.
“Like money, books must be kept in constant circulation. A book lying in your shelf idle is being wasted. A book is not only a friend, it makes friends for you. When you have possessed a book with mind and spirit, you are enriched. But when you pass it on you are enriched threefold.
