Kashari North Constituency Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Musinguzi Patrick, has described the late Gen. Moses Ali, MP Adjumani West as a true patriotic, disciplined leader and faithful servant of the nation.
In his mourning message, Hon. Musinguzi Patrick added that Moses Ali’s legacy of service, courage and integrity will live on forever. “Uganda Thanks you for your invaluable service,” he concluded.
