Joseph Serwadda donates Holy Bible to Deputy Speaker to guide him in his duties
The Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has today received a gift of the Runyankore-Rukiga Holy Bible from Dr.
Joseph Serwadda, the Presiding Apostle for the Born Again Faith.
The book was delivered to him by Hon. Basil Bataringaya who represented him last week at the consecration of the Born Again Faith Bishops of Ankole.
In his message, Dr. Serwadda encouraged the Deputy Speaker to use this book of God’s Law as his guide and light during and after his service to the people of Uganda. “I appreciate this courteous gesture and congratulate all the newly consecrated Born Again Faith Bishops of Ankole Region,” Rt Hon. Thomas Tayebwa said.
In related news, the Deputy has
received Omoro County Member of Parliament-elect, Hon. Andrew Oulanyah at his office this morning.
“I congratulate Ojok on the resounding victory in Omoro County and look forward to his contribution both in the House and to our people,” Hon. Thomas Tayebwa said.
