The State Minister for Disaster Preparedness, Relief and Refugees Hon. Dr. Lillian Aber has delivered a lovely Christmas message to Ugandans.
Sharing on her social media platforms, Hon. Lillian Aber who doubles as the Woman MP for Kitgum District had this to say.
“I extend my warmest each of you. May this time of joy and reflection remind us of the importance of unity, compassion and kindness. Let us reach out to those in need and share the blessings we have with our communities. Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas filled with peace, love and hope,” Hon. Aber shared.
Hon. Lillian has been one of the most performing MPs and Minister this year and she hopes to continue serving Ugandans and her people with one heart.
