Busoga Tourism, Culture and Heritage Minister who also doubles as the Presidential Advisor, Hon. Hellen Namutamba, is being celebrated all over in the law fraternity after her latest achievement.
She has successfully attained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of East London in the United Kingdom (UK).
Her latest achievement shows a remarkable achievement that reflects excellence, leadership, and dedication to service both in Busoga Region and the entire country at large.
The senior counsel said her latest achievement is as a result of hard work and resilience and she plans to achieve even more after this.
“Congratulations to Princess Hellen Olga Namutamba on attaining Master of Laws of the University of East London, UK. More capacity has been built,” Rt Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga said after her achievement.
