Hon. Balaam Barugahara set to speak at inaugural ICOA convention

The State Minister for Gender, Labour, and Social Development in charge of Children and Youth Affairs Hon. Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi is set to grace and speak at Inaugural ICOA Convention on Investment and Trade in Boston USA.

The convention will take place between October 11th and 14th 2024 at The Westin Copley Place, Boston, MA, USA.

Hon. Balaam will play a pivotal role in influencing and advancing the 2024 ICOA Convention Agenda bringing his expertise in business mobilisation.

He is the head of accolades and strategic partnerships at ICOA. With his extensive background in strategic partnerships and accolades, Dr. Barugahara is dedicated to enhancing the welfare and development of children and youth across Uganda. As a speaker at the 2024 ICOA Convention, he will share his expertise on leveraging strategic partnerships to foster social and economic development in the East African Community.

He is a successful, innovative and impact-minded young entrepreneur and government leader who brings to the convention networking experience, inspiration and impact.
