Busoga Tourism Culture and Heritage Minister Hon. Hellen Namutamba has hailed President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for sponsoring her Master of Laws degree at the University of East London, UK. Speaking after attaining the degree, Hon. Hellen Namutamba said she was so grateful and thankful to His Excellency for the good gesture.
She also hailed her mentor and First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Affairs Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga for making her the person she is today.
Speaking about the achievement, Hon. Hellen said when she did the Law Degree (IUIU) and Bar Course in legal Practice at (LDC), she found them to be quite engaging, but a Master of Laws (LLM) at University of East London, UK was even more intense.
“But I thank God that the consuming 2 years ended successfully. God did this…Advocate things on. Thanks to my sponsor H.E Kaguta Museveni and mentor Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga,” Hon. Hellen Namutamba said.
