The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of ICT under NITA (U) has established a primary contact centre for citizens to enhance the monitoring of service delivery and provide a channel for feedback and suggestions from citizens.
This contact centre is called the Government Citizen Interaction Centre (GCIC). Citizens are constantly sharing their views about what they want and need, opinions on service delivery standards from Government, what they like and dislike, and their overall expectation from Government.
