Subscribers are receiving up to 200% bonus on purchased bundles

Last year, Airtel Uganda announced a significant network expansion; upgrading to 4G LTE and offering 3G connection across the country. During the event, where the Prime Minister; The Rt. Hon Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda was chief guest, the company’s Managing Director; V.G Somasekhar said the advancement- a first for Uganda was determined to provide affordable connectivity across the country. In his remarks, Somasekhar noted that mobile connectivity has the power to transform the socio-economic standing of both individuals and communities and noted Airtel Uganda’s commitment to this task.

In addition to enjoying faster internet speeds, Airtel customers can now take advantage of the telecom operator’s current offer which gives up to 200% bonus on purchased data blasta data bundles. At the same price, subscribers receive larger internet packages, allowing them to do more at no extra cost.

Airtel Uganda’s Marketing Director; Indrajeet Kumar said the offer has been specifically crafted to meet the needs of an advancing and data consuming market. “We believe that our customers deserve the best services and products at affordable pricing. Our data packages always been tailor made to meet the specific needs of our various customers. With this offer, we want to give our subscribers the opportunity to do more at the same cost. For example, if you purchase our 1GB data blasta bundle, you will receive 2GB extra at no additional cost.”
