Frank urges Ugandans to attend Barcelona Legends, Uganda Cranes game

The minister in charge of the Presidency and Kampala Capital City Authority has called on Ugandans to massively turn up at Namboole this Saturday for a football game between FC Barcelona legends and Uganda Cranes.

The Minister who received the former star players earlier this week on behalf of President Yoweri Museveni said it is an opportunity for Ugandan to be globally marketed.

The players are in the country as part of constructing an academy in collaboration with FC Barcelona as well as promoting Ugandan tourism. They have been trekking Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest since yesterday.

“I received FC Barcelona legends team at Entebbe International Airport on behalf of HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. They are anxious to visit and explore Uganda. I urge you to turn up in big numbers on Saturday as the legends take on the Uganda Cranes all Stars at Namboole Stadium. The Match starts at 4 p.m.,” Frank said.
