Former Minister for Presidency and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), Hon Frank Kagyigi Tumwebaze has today handed over office to the incoming Minister Hon Esther Mbayo Mbulakubuza and Hon Beti Olive Kamya Turyomwe.
Esther Mbayo comes in as the Minister for Presidency while Beti Kamya while Frank begins his new journey as the Minister of Information, Communication and ICT.
“Today i successfully handed over to my colleague Ministers Hon Esther Mbayo Mbulakubuza for Presidency and Hon Beti Olive Kamya for Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). Despite the controversies, roads and revenue collection plus others have all been fixed in the city. I want to thank all of you for the support as i start my new journey as Information, Communication and ICT Minister,” Frank K Tumwebaze said.
