Frank Tumwebaze attends e-learning meeting in Kigali

The Minister for ICT and National Guidance of Uganda, Hon. Frank Tumwebaze was over the weekend in Kigali Rwanda where he attended the 11th Ministerial Round Table on e-learning. The meeting was aimed on finding ways on how to position Africa in the fourth industrial revolution.

“I am attending the 11th Ministerial Round Table on e-learning in Kigali on how to position Africa in the fourth industrial revolution. My pitch was on the need to make ICTs adoption universal in all sectors of life so as to widen the market for innovators,” Frank posted.
