As per the leadership code of conduct, Hon. Frank K Tumwebaze declared the gift presented to him by KCCA during an appreciation dinner. Frank is currently the Minister of ICT, Communications and National Guidance.
The leadership code requires leaders to declare what they receive and their worth to the Inspector General of Government (IGG)’s office.
