Economic analyst and popular motivational speaker and Deputy President of PLU Buganda Region, Mr. Frank Gashumba, has paid tribute to his fallen brother Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah who died 4 years ago.
In his tribute to remember the outspoken Speaker of Parliament, Frank describes Late Oulanyah as a friend, a brother, statesman and a patriotic leader who death was felt all over the country.
His dedication to serve the nation was written all over his face. In his rememberance, Frank hung his portraits in his office and living room.
“A few years ago, someone I considered to be a friend, a brother, a statesman, and a patriot passed on. Because I considered him to be my good friend, one in a million, I hung his portraits in my office and living room, I miss you dearly. Rest in peace my brother, till when we meet again,” Frank Gashumba wrote on his social media to remember the late Speaker of 11th Parliament.
