Former Socialite and party animal Judith Heard has voiced concern over the current events on social scene and how they are spoiling the young generation. The club and bar life in Kampala is unregulated with underage youth freely entering entertainment places, bars and clubs thereby exposing themselves to risky behavior like alcohol drinking, smoking, sexuality and many other related incidents.

Judith Heard has warned parents to take charge and be keen on what their children are doing out there. She advised them to be very careful especially with the Young Generation of these which is too exposed. Below is part of her message;
“Parents, it’s time to wake up. I’ve spoken my truth. I’ve talked about what it means to really save your life—not just to survive, but to make a choice between your old life and the one that can actually bring you peace. I had to let go of everything I once held close—friends, habits, parties, even the people I thought I couldn’t live without. Why? Because I wanted to live, truly live. And for me, that meant saying goodbye to drugs, starting by cutting out alcohol and walking away from everything that triggered my urge to use.

But I want you to understand something deeper. This is not just my story. This could be your child’s story too.
Some of our children are already silently walking this path, falling deeper into addiction while we assume they’re okay. And the truth is, the government won’t help. Some of the very people we look up to are part of the problem—deep in the drug trade, looking the other way, or protecting their own.

So I’m asking you, parent to parent, human to human: stop for a minute. Go to your child’s room. Visit their school. Look in their eyes and ask real questions. Make sure they’re not hiding something. Make sure they’re not silently crying for help. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Saving our children starts at home. Start today,” Judith Heard shared.
