“Focus on building a strong party than Individual interests” – Namutyaba Sylvia

The Youth Secretary for Buganda and Wakiso District Woman MP seat hopeful Ms Namutyaba Sylvia has called on the members of National Unity Platform (NUP) party to focus on building a strong party than individual interests.

She encouraged them to prioritize the upcoming youth election, stressing its importance as a solid foundation for our presidential protest vote. She also emphasized that, despite their varied challenges and interests, taking over our country must remain our top priority.

Ms Namutyaba Sylvia said this while attending a meeting with Kasange Town Council leaders organized by the office of Busiro South Constituency Registrar. Below is her full submission;

“I attended a meeting with Kasanje town council leaders, organized by the office of the Busiro South Constituency registrar. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for us to engage and share ideas. The leaders expressed their primary concern that elected leaders have neglected their responsibility to establish a strong grassroots foundation for our president and party. I encouraged them to prioritize the upcoming youth election, stressing its importance as a solid foundation for our presidential protest vote. I emphasized that, despite our varied challenges and interests, liberating our country must remain our top priority. Furthermore, I advised them to focus on building a stronger party rather than pursuing individual interests, as this ultimately benefits everyone.
