FINCA Uganda celebrates a continental win at the ACCA Africa CFO Awards 2025 as their own Robinah Siima scoops major honor

FINCA Uganda is proud to announce that their Chief Financial Officer, Ms Robinah Siima, FCCA, has been awarded the ACCA Africa Young CFO Award 2025 during the ACCA Africa Members Convention held on 4th December in Mombasa, Kenya.

Selected from a pool of eighteen exceptional finalists across the continent, this award recognises finance leaders who demonstrate outstanding strategic leadership, innovation, integrity, and measurable impact within their organisations and communities.

Robinah’s win is not only a milestone for FINCA Uganda, it is the only award brought home to Uganda this year, marking a historic moment for both the institution and the country.

This is Ms Robinah Siima’s second award this Year after she won the Young CFO Award at the 9th Annual Uganda CFO Awards 2025 which was held in October.
