Ex ISO boss posted to Juba as M7 announces new ambassadors

President Yoweri K Museveni has today appointed Ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions. Former ISO boss Brig. Ronnie Balwa who had been tipped to replace Gen. Kale Kayihura as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) has been posted to Juba, South Sudan.

Pursuant to Article 122 (1) of the Constitution, the President has appointed the following ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions. The President has sent the names to Parliament for consideration and approval.
