Rwandese famous deejay DJ Pius has revealed reasons why Rwandese artistes are actually very expensive to book for shows or concerts.
Unlike Uganda, musicians in other countries don’t depend of singing for shows and concerts to earn money. Most of the artistes get their investments through online platforms where they sell their music.
According to DJ Pius, artistes in Rwanda invest so much money in their music and to book them they don’t sing for the amount that doesn’t give them value for their money.

He said that in Rwanda concerts are very rare and even those set to happen they do take much money compared to others.
“Rwandese Artists charge a lot of money because they’ve invested a lot. In Rwanda you will not find a musician even talking about how much they have invested because that is the standard,” DJ Pius
