The 3rd Deputy Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Rukia Nakaddama Isanga represented Prime Minister of Uganda, Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja as Guest of honor at the Huawei ICT Talent Development Report Launch, 2021-2022 ICT Competition launch and awarding ceremony of the 2020 ICT competitions.

Rt Hon Rukia Isanga Nakaddama at the event August 27th, 2021, challenged women to take on the male-dominated field in order to excel in their respective careers and improve their efficiencies at work and lifestyles.
