COVID-19 crisis: 4 truck drivers test positive for the deadly disease

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that Uganda has registered 4 new cases of COVID-19 taking tally to 126.

Today, 12 May, 2020, 4 new COVID-19 cases confirmed from 1,478 samples of truck drivers.

This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases to 126 in Uganda.

The new cases include: 2 Ugandans, 1 Kenyan who arrived via Elegu and 1 Tanzanian who arrived via Mutukula border.

All 233 community samples have tested negative for COVID-19.

The total samples tested today: 1711
