Ms Carter Jorine Karyn has set her plans on winning the slot for the Secretary Students Affairs at the National Youth Council (NYC) on the NRM ticket.
Speaking about the contest, Ms Jorine said, “This is our moment to lead with vision, act with courage and unite for a better tomorrow. Vote Carter Jorine Karyn for Secretary, Students Affairs at National Youth Council (NYC) of Uganda—together, we rise. Let’s turn our aspirations into action and make every student’s dream valid. Prosperity For All,” she said.
Ms Carter is also representing Luweero District as the Secretary for Finance 2025-2030 on the NRM ticket.
Ms Carter Jorine Karyn is also the 6th Guild President of Victoria University Kampala.
