CAO, Businessman Face Arrest Over Debts

From then his creditors have been trying in vain. He has escaped several attempts to arrest him.

JAK Investments have tried to call him over the matter. When they finally get in touch with him, he tells them that he is going to clear them in the next day but doesn’t fulfill his promise.

The company has therefore instructed their lawyers, Mayende and Associated Advocates to file a case that will lead to issuing of Muramira’s arrest. They have threatened also to hunt him down from Bukwo district where he works.

In a related development, JAK Investments Limited through their lawyers Mayende and Associated Advocates have sent a notice of intention to sue to the boss of Haraka Clearing and Forwarding Firm over failure to repay their loan.Warned; Andrew Rubahika
