Burna Boy Featured As Artist on the Rise By YouTube Music 

Nigerian Super Star Burna Boy has been featured as Artist on the rise by YouTube music. Burna boy is considered a global artist who leads a new generation of Afrobeat stars by making waves not just in Nigeria but to Africa and beyond. This news comes after he received a plaque following a sold out show at the O2 Arena in the United Kingdom.

On the achievement, Burna boy said, “I am Extremely honoured to have been chosen as the #Artistontherise by You tube, Africa to the world.”

YouTube is currently running a three month campaign that focuses Burna boy as a global Artist on the rise. On October 22nd, the Ye’ video  from Burna Boy’s Album ‘outside’ was played on the big screens at Times square as sponsored by you tube music. This expected to go on as the 3 of his songs are set to be featured as well. Burna boy is on an all-time high as he clinches awards and has his shows sold out, this marks the continuous rise of the super star.
