Bryan White Foundation boss challenges artistes on management and branding
Bryan White real name Bryan Kirumira, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bryan White Foundation, has challenged Ugandan artistes to improve and professionalise on their management and branding.
The poverty eradication activist who since last year has been helping youths and other needy groups to overcome poverty by funding their different projects advised artists to have professional managers who they won’t move with from bar to bar.

“Those managers you move with all the time in bars and end up getting you deals of 800k, 1m or 2m will not instead of like 7m per show will not help you. Brand yourself first because you are one and get proper managers who will professionalise your career enough to get you good business. Everything starts with how you brand yourself like there is only one Jose Chameleone, people will look for you but don’t fall for cheap things,” Bryan White said.
He said once the artists make reforms in their management, they won’t come cheap or be used by others to gain more than them.
“As artistes you need to sit down and talk this issue, it is for your own benefit,” he added.
Through his foundation, Bryan White has managed to revive music careers of Lady Mariam Namukasa aka Tindatiine and King Michael whose careers had slowed stage. He also sponsored all other artistes on his foundation to do new music.
