BRONET eLearning APP; The Digital school at home for parents & their children

BRONet Tech, in partnership with Ubuntu Connect,  has launched the BRONet e Learning platform this July, for students staying at home to keep up to date with their studies.

Following the presidential directive issued on June 18th, 2021, schools once again closed their doors in the collective fight against COVID 19. Students are back home and parents are hard pressed to keep them constructively busy. E learning has become the way to go, to keep our children learning and challenged. In order to counter the blow that the education sector is facing with the ongoing lockdown, BRONet tech has developed an e learning platform that is both easy to access and to use.

With both visual and written content, students can opt for teaching videos or PDF files if they prefer only to read. For the sake of revision, students are provided with past papers to help them test their knowledge after periods of studying. The content includes both notes and past papers to be used for revision.

Students can access the BRONet e learning platform both as a mobile app and as a website. The mobile app, BRONet elearnapp, can be downloaded from both Google Play Store and Apple Store or students can use the link elearn.bronetug.net to create an account and access content.

The Managing Director at BRONet Tech Mr. Byaruhanga says that their vision is to make it possible for learners to have an experience very close to the one they get when attending school through being able to see and hear the teachers communicate.“What we hope to see is students interact with the platform comfortably, frequently and with vigor to learn.” He added that rates were set to give each parent room to access the content within their respective budgets.

Parents will pay monthly subscription fees of UGX100,000/= to access videos, UGX50,000/= to access PDF files or UGX150,000/= to access both videos and PDF files.

Bronet Tech also offers schools a chance to upload their own content which will then be accessed only by their students.

You can contact the team at BRONet using their email address broneteduc@gmail.com or call then on +256-703-866123/+256-776-866-123. Visiting their website at elearn.bronetug.net takes you straight to the e-learning platform and also puts you in touch with them.
