The company does everything to do with clothing like bags, dresses, bridal attires, curtains to mention but a few. “We do basically everything to do with clothing,” Brenda said.

Her dream is to make to make the biggest textiles and clothing industry in Uganda with a school for fashion. “We have so far done a quarter of what am planning, I want to have a fashion school, biggest textiles company, best designer school for both theory and practical. It’s going to be a legacy and my dream wasn’t to have just a shop but a company. I wanted to employ people, create jobs and a legacy and that’s what I am doing,” Brenda said. She added, “I stopped running a shop because it’s not just a matter of seating there for a whole day and you sale one dress, with that you can’t move things up and I closed the shop,” [adrotate banner=”3″]
On competition, Brenda said, “No one owns the others’ line. Competition is not that much because everyone makes their own brands and clients are there to choose which one is better. The market is good and to be able to sale, we have to know what our clients want, I have a very good team that helps me out and we have been able to convince a good number of customers to our side. Creativity is the key to win clients.

On the challenges, the fashionista said public relations and communication is still a challenge to them. Yes we have the lines but we lack communication, I think there is a need to improve in that field, a lot lacking.

Some people want to learn, I will provide for them a school that will make them fashion stars. I can’t now say do this or that, I want to have options available for everyone so that they may be able to choose for themselves.

Brenda said, “When you start such business looking at money first you are going to lose out, you have to have passion, invest and money will come later, money is in future but not when you are staring. For example am paying salaries but I myself don’t have one,”

On her music career Brenda said, I am handling one thing at a time and am still doing music but for now it’s clothing on the menu.
