A proud daughter of Bugiri District, Hon. Namutamba has remained steadfast in her loyalty to both her community and the National Resistance Movement (NRM). During the most recent elections, her tireless mobilization contributed to a resounding victory for the party—particularly in Bugiri, where the presidential vote exceeded 68%.
Her journey reflects strong ideological grounding, shaped under the mentorship and guidance of H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Gen.Salim Saleh and Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga.
