In a disastrous day for the government ministers in NRM primaries, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Hon. Ephraim Kamuntu has lost to fellow professor Elijah Dickens Mushemeza in Sheema South Constituency in Sheema District.
Prof Elijah Mushemeza edges Kamuntu after polling 11,000 votes against Kamuntu’s 9,000 and Nickson Banduho’s 8,900. An official announcement is set to be made shortly. More details to follow!!!
